A constantly evolving, value-based quality management system is an integral part of the corporate structures and processes at the ThyssenKrupp Stahl-Service-Centers. Our understanding of a quality management system goes far beyond the standard ISO/TS 16949 certification.

Rather, we pursue the continuous improvement of our company toward business excellence within the framework of our integrated strategy. On the basis of our quality policy, management initiatives define objectives within a comprehensive key indicator system and drive continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency in all company areas.

Quality is based on the involvement of all employees. We support a high level of initial and ongoing training of our employees, and also give them a high degree of personal responsibility. The quality of internal cooperation is continuously documented and optimized. The objective is long-term success and the satisfaction of customers, employees and stockholders - for continuous improvement and the genuine advancement of our company.
