In addition to quick completion of your studies with good grades, we expect strong customer orientation, foreign language skills and proven ability to work under pressure.
The individually tailored trainee program usually runs for between 18 and 24 months: during this time, you will be intensively prepared for your subsequent position in sales, administration or production. You will work in different branches both in Germany and abroad and be involved in demanding projects. Various accompanying seminars will ensure the development of technical, methodological and social competencies.
