“My interest enabled me to gain an insight into the workings of an industrial company through an internship at the Leverkusen branch of ThyssenKrupp Stahl-Service-Center GmbH. I immediately became interested in steel processing. I particularly enjoyed the friendly working atmosphere at the branch.
I gained insights into the production process, quality office, purchasing of materials and supplies and special/tinplate sheet sales. In the purchasing department, I was able to gain my first practical experience which quickly convinced me that the job of industrial clerk is right for me.
