Organic-coated flat steel products are composite materials manufactured from a metallic substrate and an organic coating in the coil coating process.

The existing corrosion protection is further increased through additional metallic coatings. Due to the high quality of the coating materials, the durable surfaces are low-maintenance, physiologically harmless, and resistant to abrasion, wear and many aggressive substances. This enables problem-free profiling, painting, stamping and forming.

Sheet products manufactured in this way can be found in almost every area of daily life: in the construction industry in the form of roof and floor elements, doors, gates or partitions, in the household appliances industry in washing machines, extractors or ovens, in the automotive and auto supply industry for body parts or oil filters, in heating and air-conditioning technology and in the lighting industry.
